Coaching service terms
Coach Montee provides remote swim coaching for adults: a monthly training program, video stroke analysis, a weekly check-in in the format chosen at intake, and text support. The Elite plan adds an individualized strength program. Coaching is a service, delivered personally, with the roster capped so each athlete gets real attention. Programs are individualized guidance, and results depend on your training, health, and consistency. No specific performance outcome is promised.
Billing
Coaching is billed as a monthly subscription through Stripe, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. The charge appears on your statement as COACH MONTEE. Prices for new billing periods may change with notice; a change never applies mid-period.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access to coaching through the end of that period, and no further charges occur after it. To cancel, use Stripe's customer portal link from your receipt or email dillonmontee@gmail.com.
Refunds
Coaching is billed monthly in advance. Cancelling stops all future charges at the end of the current period, and you keep coaching through the period you paid for. Refunds of a period already underway are handled case by case. If something about your coaching is not right, contact dillonmontee@gmail.com or (914) 704-6141 and it gets worked out directly.
Service delivery and turnaround
Monthly programs are delivered before each new training block begins. Weekly check-ins happen in the format you chose at intake. Text questions receive a response in under 24 hours. Video analysis turnaround is confirmed with you when you send footage, and meet or taper deadlines get priority.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate intake information, including injuries and limitations, and update it when things change.
- Secure your own pool access, gym access, and safe training conditions. Never swim alone in unsupervised water.
- Complete check-ins and share requested video so programming can stay accurate.
- Tell your coach when something hurts, rather than training through it.
Training and health disclaimer
Coaching provided by Coach Montee is athletic instruction and program design. It is not medical advice, physical therapy, or a substitute for either. Consult a physician before beginning this or any training program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury history, or have been inactive. Swimming and strength training carry inherent risks. You are responsible for training within your own limits, using safe facilities, and stopping if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs. By purchasing coaching you acknowledge these risks and confirm that you are voluntarily choosing to train.
