Remote coaching for Masters swimmers and triathletes

A real coach on deck, even when the deck is a thousand miles away.

A periodized monthly program built around your pool and your schedule, video analysis of your stroke, and a weekly check-in with a coach who answers your texts in under 24 hours.

Enrollment is open. The roster is capped at eight athletes.

Who this is for

A strong fit

  • Unattached USMS swimmers with no team practice to show up to
  • Masters swimmers training without a coach on deck
  • Triathletes who want the swim to stop costing them races
  • Self-coached athletes tired of guessing what to write on the whiteboard

What you need

  • Regular access to a pool, any length
  • Two or more swims per week you can commit to
  • A phone that can film your stroke, even from deck level
  • Willingness to check in weekly and tell me the truth about training

How coaching works

  1. A monthly program, periodized for you

Each month brings a training block built around your pool access, your available days, and your target events. Periodization exists because bodies adapt to planned stress, so the program moves in cycles instead of piling on random hard days.

  2. Video analysis of your stroke

You film with your phone, I break the footage down. Most self-coached swimmers plateau on technique they cannot see. Video closes that gap and gives every drill in your program a reason to be there.

  3. A weekly check-in, your format

Text, email, video, or a call. You pick the format at intake. The check-in is where the plan meets reality: what held up, what hurt, what the next week should look like.

  4. Answers in under 24 hours

Questions between check-ins go straight to my phone. You hear back in under 24 hours, because a program you have questions about is a program you will not follow.
