What this site collects

Browsing this website requires no account and collects no personal information directly. This site currently uses no analytics tools and sets no cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.

What the intake form collects

After purchasing coaching, new athletes complete an intake form that asks for:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• The plan purchased
• Current training details: pool access, weekly swimming, dryland or lifting
• Racing history, upcoming meets, and goals
• Relevant injuries, physical limitations, and exercise restrictions
• Video availability and preferred check-in format

Why it's collected

Every intake question exists to build and deliver your coaching: writing a program that fits your pool and schedule, working around injuries and restrictions, analyzing your stroke on video, and running your weekly check-in in the format you chose. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Service providers

• Stripe processes all payments on Stripe's own hosted pages. This site never sees or stores card numbers. Stripe's handling of your payment data is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• Formspree receives and delivers intake form submissions. Submitted answers pass through Formspree's service and arrive at Coach Montee's support email.

How coaching and contact information is used

Your contact details are used for check-ins, program delivery, scheduling, and answering your questions. Training information, including anything you share about injuries or limitations, is used only to plan and adjust your coaching. Videos you submit are used only for your stroke analysis and are not published anywhere.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can request a copy of the information held about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion at any time. Email dillonmontee@gmail.com or text (914) 704-6141 and the request will be handled directly. Note that Stripe retains payment records under its own policies and legal obligations.
